Shoulder Press (w. 3sec pause in top position)

Work up to heavy 3 Reps

Then continue w. Push Press (w. 3sec pause in dip and top position)

Work up to heavy 3 Reps

Death by KB Squat Snatch

(Alternating KB Squat Snatches)

Tabata Wall Sit
