2x Push Ups

3x Shoulder Press w. KB

4x KB Swings

5x Air Squats

 

A:

Push Press (w. 2sec pause in dip and in top position)

Work up to heavy 3 Reps

Then continue w. Push Jerk (w. 2sec pause in receiving position)

Work up to heavy 3 Reps

 

B:

Death by KB Clean + Burpees

(Alternating KB Cleans)

 

C:

Rest of time Rest
