Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

Box Jumps

Air Squats

Push Ups

Burpees

Pull ups

V-Ups

Cal Row

Double Unders

Wall Balls (20/14 lb)

Power Clean (115/75lb)

KB Snatch (24/16)

(You need to reach a total of 1200Reps. At Least 10 Reps must be done of a movement but not more then 200 Reps. At the end of KB Snatch you must reach total Reps).
