2. 5 x 1&1  w. 80% of A

 

B: 3 x 8-10 weighted pull ups

 

C: 16 min EMOM

1. 10 DL at 60% of your DL 1RM (not todays 1RM!)

2. 20 KB Swings (24/16)

3. 30 DU's (full min of rope skipping if no DU's)

4. 40 Mountain Climbers (per side)

 

Acc: 3 x 15m KB front rack carry, 15m KB OH carry
