10 FS, 3 sec in bottom position

A: Front Squat

5 x 5 Front Squats @ 32x1 Tempo (3 second descent, 2 second hold at the bottom. Keep the weight light enough to hold the tempo!

 

10 KB Goblet Squats between Sets

 

B: For Time

21 BS (100/65)

15 FS (90/60)

9 OHS (85/60)
