10 FS, 3 sec in bottom position

10 FS, 1&1/2

 

A: Front Squat

1. 7 RM

2. 70% of 1. -> 3 x 10 reps

 

B: 20' AMRAP (as heavy as possible)

10 KB Deadlift

10 Push Ups

10 KB High Pulls

10 KB Push Press

10 KB Swings

10 Push Ups

10 Goblet Squats

 

Accessory: 3 x max L-Sit hold
