WARM UP 1:

36 burpee partner chest passes

Partner holds med ball, partner 2 performs burpee, partner 1 passes the ball over and does the burpee. Pass the ball after every burpee. 

 

WARM UP 2:

3 rounds with empty bar of:

5 Bend Over Rows

5 Hang Power Clean

5 Front Squats

5 Push Presses

5 Back Squats

 

A: Antonios Birthday WOD (grab some sweets and enjoy!)

AMRAP 36 minutes

5 Bend over rows 40/30

5 Hang Power Cleans 40/30

5 Front Squats 40/30

5 Push Presses 40/30

5 Back Squats 40/30

 

5 movements to complete 1 Set of the complex. Unbroken! (without letting go of the bar or resting it on the ground - breaks only between the sets) Complete 2 unbroken rounds, and do 36 cal row. Start round 2...

Score is max reps and cal performed in 36 minutes.
