Push-Ups x 10-15 reps 30 sec time

Hollow Rocks 10-15 reps 30 sec time

Rest 45 seconds

AMRAP 12’

1 Handstand Push Up

1 Clean (135/95)

2 Handstand Push Up

2 Clean (135/95)

3 Handstand Push Up

3 Clean (135/95)

4 Handstand Push Up

4 Clean (135/95)

. . . and so on up the ladder.
