In teams of 2 - split as you like:

 

40 WB, 9/6kg, 10/9ft

40 Burpees

40 TTB Scale = Knee to chest

40 Pistols Scale = 20 Air squats

40 BJ, 24/20in

40 HSPU Scale = Push ups

40 KB swings, 32/24kg

40 Pull ups Scale = Ring rows

40 Lunges with 1x KB (hold anyhow), 32/24kg

40 Ring dips Scale = Ring push ups

40 cal Row

400m heavy farmers carry, every time you stop, 20 DUs
