Strength / Skill work

Thruster (from rack)

1. Find your daily 1RM

2. Drop down to 80-90% and do 5 more sets of singles

 

Workout:

4 rounds, 1 min on - 1 min off:

Max Push ups

Max TTB Scale = Sit ups
