15m Forward crab walk

Strength / Skill work:

Deadlift

1. Build to a heavy set of 4 (this is not a 4RM)

2. Keep the weight and do 5 more sets of 4

 

Workout:

9 rounds for time:

6 GTOH, 60/45kg

6 HSPU Scale = Push ups

 

Time cap = 12 minutes
