Warm Up:

Overhead Warm up, 20/15kg

2 rounds:

10 Strict press

10 Push press

10 Push Jerk

 

Strength / Skill work:

Strict Press / Push Press / Push Jerk

1. Build to a daily 2RM in strict press

2. Drop down to 80% and continue to build to a daily 2RM in push press

3. Drop down to 80% and continue to build to a daily 2RM in push jerk

 

Workout:

“McGhee”

30 min AMRAP:

5 Deadlifts,  125/85kg

13 Push ups

9 Box jumps, 24/20in

 

Accessory:

Stretch, 1-2 min each side

Chest

Hip flexors
